Seeking consultants with 15 + years of non-profit financial and accounting experience. Also, relevant experience with cost management strategies, tracking and reporting public and private grants, and capacity building.
Applicants must have the ability to :
- Communicate effectively both orally and written
- Train and coach management and finance staff
- Conduct internal operational and financial audits and assessments
- Develop written financial policies and procedures
- Implement best practices in grant financial management
- Develop sustainable business models
